2026-27 School Year

Congratulations on your child’s acceptance to Classical Prep! We are excited to welcome your family to our community for the 2026-27 school year.

To officially claim your position for the 2026-27 school year, you are required to complete the following steps:

Step 1: Confirm Acceptance

​If your child plans to join Classical Prep for the 2026-27 school year, you are required to state your intent by utilizing the link provided in the e-mail that was sent to the primary e-mail address on file with Lotterease. You will need to confirm your spot on or before the expiration date indicated within the e-mail.

Step 2: Complete Registration Paperwork

Complete your registration paperwork online through Lotterease within the allotted time. Enrollment forms are only available in your account if your child has been offered a seat and the seat has been confirmed in Lotterease.

Required Documents For Enrollment

  • Parent/Legal Guardian Photo Identification – Must have a valid photo ID such as a Driver’s License, Official Identification Card, Passport, etc.
  • Official Birth Certificate
  • Physical Examination – must have been completed and dated within 12 months of the child’s first day of school. For an available resource for a free physical, Click Here.
  • Florida Immunization Form – you may contact the Pasco County Health Department for information on the DH680.
  • Social Security Number – School districts shall request the social security number as per F.S. 1008.386.
  • Proof of Residence – must include at least 1 document from each box: 
First Proof of Residence
  • Deed or Property tax assessment
  • Current Mortgage Statement
  • Current Lease/Rental agreement
Second Proof of Residence
  • Copy of current utility bill or initial order of service
  • Current voter or auto registration
  • Current homeowner and/or flood insurance policy or bill
Proof of Identification
  • A Driver’s License, Official Identification Card, Passport, etc. is considered a valid Government issued photo ID. This does not need to be issued from the state of Florida.

Proof of Residence Continued

    • *An Affidavit of Residency or Affidavit of Residency (Spanish version) is submitted when you are living with another family and do not have proofs of residency under your name. You still need to provide two proofs of residency in the homeowner’s name and your photo ID. If using an *Affidavit of Residency, please include 1 document from each column above in the homeowner’s name. Please upload the Affidavit into the field with the first proof of residency.
    • If you have purchased or are building a home in a Pasco School zone, you may upload a copy of the contract or purchase agreement as your two proofs of residency. School board Policy 5120 will provide additional guidance for timelines of entry.
  • Applicable Legal Documents: Current court judgements regarding custody, parenting plans, or other court orders establishing the right of custody. 
  • Caregiver Authorization: The Caregiver Authorization Form or the Caregiver Authorization Form (Spanish Version)is completed for a student enrolling in school and not in the physical custody of a parent/legal guardian. 
  • Copy of IEP Or 504 Plan (if applicable)
  • Copy of Most Recent Report Card and/or Transcripts (if available)

Classical Preparatory School is not affiliated with nor responsible for Lotterease, and use of Lotterease for an applicant is subject to Lotterease’s published terms and conditions of use, as well as Lotterease’s published privacy policy. Applicant parents and legal guardians are directed to review all such published Lotterease terms prior to use.
