Early Academy families can choose either the traditional Early Academy 10-Month Program (follows a similar schedule as our K-12 campus) or the Early Academy 10-Month PLUS Holiday Care Program. Holiday care includes an additional 18 days of school, provided on the typical non-student days for all program levels. The specific dates are listed below.

Families will make this choice at the time of enrollment. Please note that if you choose the Holiday Care Program option, that will be your Financial Agreement for the 2024-25 school year. It cannot be changed. If you choose the traditional 10-month program (without holiday care), the same applies.

If the plus Holiday Care Program is not chosen at the time of enrollment and the need arises for care, please contact the office at (813) 388-6482 to be added to the waitlist.  If space becomes available, we will contact you prior to charging tuition for that month and you will be charged the per day rate on that month’s tuition through the brightwheel app. 

Part-time VPK scholars (8am-11am and 12pm-3pm) also have the option to enroll in the Holiday Care Program at the VPK per day rate. Please call the office for more information.  

We are excited to offer this option, as we know many of our families still have obligations during the holiday weeks.

Dates Holiday Care will be offered the following dates in 2024-25:
