Carline Highlights:

1. Morning carline begins at 7:00 a.m. for Borealis (grades 6-12). Morning carline begins at 7:20 a.m. for Meridian (grades K-5). Please wait for a Classical Prep staff member to move the cones to begin the carline.
2. In the afternoon, cars can begin lining up in the Borealis Lanes at 2:00 p.m for the afternoon carline. No cars will be permitted to enter campus beyond our gate until after this time. Afternoon carline for Borealis (6-12) will begin at 2:15 p.m. and for Meridian/Aurora (K-5) will begin at 2:40 p.m.
   • If you need to access campus during school hours, please use the Call Box on the left-hand side of the gate entrance.
3. Carline is ONE WAY ONLY.
   • Enter off of Shady Hills Road onto our four-lane driveway where our sign is located and continue into the appropriate left or right lane depending on your child(ren)’s grade(s). Follow the arrows to exit back onto Shady Hills Road. Please refer to the map below to see the routes in detail.
4. BLUE ARROW (right) lane is the Borealis lane for drop-off and pick-up of grades 6-12.
   • The Gymnasium is NOT an approved drop-off or pickup location.
   • Families who have Borealis and Meridian/Aurora scholars should start in this lane and then will be able to merge into the Meridian K-5 lane once you have your 6th-12th grade scholars.
   • Families with 6th-12th grade scholars only, start dismissal at 2:15 p.m.
   • Families with 6-12 and K-5 scholars, please wait to arrive on campus until after 2:35 p.m
5. GREEN ARROW (left) lane is the Meridian/Aurora lane for drop-off and pick up of grades K-5. 
   • There will be a staff member at the merge area in front of Borealis to help manage the line to allow for families with 6th-12th grade scholars to merge into the K-5 lane.
6. ORANGE ARROW (middle) lane is the Emergency lane.
   • This lane must be kept clear for emergency vehicles, medical pass famliies, and Classical Prep staff members only. DO NOT BLOCK.
7. PURPLE ARROW is the Early Academy entrance and exit location and operates independently of the Classical Prep Carline.
   • For the safety of your child(ren), please do NOT use this location to drop off or pick up, unless specified by a Classical Prep staff member. The gate will remain locked at all times, and your child(ren) will not be able to access campus.
8. TWO EXIT LANES onto Shady Hills:
   Upon clearing the Meridian and Aurora buildings, TWO LANES FORM to exit left or right onto Shady Hills Road. Cautiously merge into the correct lane.

Car Tags:

1. Car Tags must be clearly displayed at the checkpoints throughout the carline.
   • If you enter the carline without the 2024-25 car tag, you will be asked to exit the carline, park, and check in at the front office. You will be required to provide a valid driver’s license to confirm your identity before your child(ren) will be released.
