Background Screening Notice

In accordance with Florida law (House Bill 531 and Section 435.12, Florida Statutes), we participate in the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse, a secure statewide system administered by the Agency for Health Care Administration in consultation with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. All applicants are required to complete a Level 2 background screening and must register with and undergo criminal history checks through the Clearinghouse before beginning work or affiliation. The Clearinghouse allows authorized agencies and qualified entities to share criminal history results, streamlining background screenings and ensuring compliance with state requirements.  For additional information on the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse, please visit: https://info.flclearinghouse.com/education-awareness
