How does the lottery process work?
Classical Prep uses a 3rd party online lottery process that randomly selects scholars who have applied by the application deadline. Click here to learn more about our admissions process.
Can I submit multiple applications for my child?
Parents should not submit more than one application per child.
Are siblings guaranteed to be accepted together?
Siblings are not guaranteed to be accepted together, but will receive waitlist priority if one has been accepted and confirmed.
How does lottery preference work?
Lottery preference categories are in the following order: staff/board member child, enrolled sibling, active military, confirmed sibling. Click here to learn more about our admissions process.
Do I need to re-apply for next year's lottery if my child is on the waiting list?
Scholars who are on this year’s waiting list must re-apply for the next year’s lottery. It does not rollover from year to year.
Do I need to apply again for my child who is currently enrolled at Classical Prep?
Current Classical Prep scholars do not need to re-enter the lottery as long as the re-enrollment intent has been completed by the deadline.
Where can I see my child's enrollment application status?
Families can access their account in Lotterease 24/7 to see the results and to see their spot on the waitlist.
