I consent to the below-named scholar being transported to and from sporting events in a private vehicle driven by the parent or guardian of another Classical Preparatory School scholar. I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Classical Preparatory, Inc., its directors, officers, agents, and employees for any claims, losses, damages, expenses, costs, or attorneys’ fees arising in connection with the transportation of my child(ren) to and from said sporting event in such vehicle. I assume full responsibility and liability for any and all expenses, damages, accidents, illnesses, injuries, or medical expenses that arise in connection with my child(ren) being transported in such vehicle. I further understand that Classical Preparatory, Inc.’s insurance and the insurance of Classical Preparatory, Inc.’s directors, officers, agents, and employees will not cover my child(ren) in the event of an accident or injury.
