RLI Procedures and Tutorials

Dear CPS families, 

If you haven’t done so already, please make sure you login to your child(ren)’s Colegia account. This is the best way for you or your child to access their CPS email account and calendar. Please follow the steps below to set up your child(ren)’s Colēgia account.

  1. Go to www.colegia.org 
  2. Click on “sign-in” located at the upper right hand corner.
  3. You will be prompted to enter your child(ren)’s CPS email address. Please see a video tutorial here for a step-by-step guide.

Below are Classical Prep scholars’ email information.

 

K-6 Students:

All K-6 students will use their newly created Classical Prep email address and assigned password. 

K-6 email addresses are: student first name.student last name@student.classicalprep.org

K-6 passwords are: capital student’s first initial, capital last initial followed by their student ID number. Student ID numbers can be located by logging into myStudent.

Example: 

John Doe with student number 123456

Email address: john.doe@student.classicalprep.org

Password: JD123456

 

7-12 Students:

All new 7-12 students will use “password123” for their initial login. Students will be prompted to change their password when they login. 

7-12 email addresses are: student first name.student last name@student.classicalprep.org

Example:

Email address: john.doe@student.classicalprep.org

Password: password123

 

Returning 7-12th grade students will use their previously assigned email address and password to log in.  

Some families are encountering an error when they log into Colegia for the first time. We have found that students need to log into their student.classicalprep.org email address first before logging into Colegia. You can log into this email address through Google as you would for a Gmail account.
