Early Academy Enrollment

To officially claim your position for the 2020-21 the school year,
you are required to
 complete the following steps:

Step 1

Confirm Acceptance

​If your student plans to join Classical Prep for the 2020-21 school year, you are required to state your intent by utilizing the link provided in the e-mail that was sent to the primary e-mail address on file with  Lotterease. You will need to confirm your spot on or before the expiration date indicated within the e-mail.

Step 2

Complete Registration Paperwork

Please complete and return Early Academy Registeration Forms to our Early Academy Building within 5 business days of the date the offer to attend was made.

Step 3

Submit Program Fee

ONLY applicable to enrollees to the Toddler and Pre-K3 and the following VPK Programs:
Hours 8:00 a.m. -3:00 p.m.  OR   7:00 a.m. -6:00 p.m.

Update to 2020-21 Enrollment Policies
Approved March 27, 2020

In light of the recent closing of the Classical Prep campus and shift to distance learning, Classical Preparatory School would like to extend consideration to families accepted in the 2020-21 lottery through June 30, 2020. If your child(ren) are offered a seat at Classical Prep through the lottery, you will be given the opportunity to submit all enrollment forms in one of three ways:

  • You may print the enrollment packet that is available on our website and scan or take a photo of each document and submit them electronically at www.classicalprep.org/enrollment.

OR

  • You may pick up a blank enrollment packet located outside the front office at our Early Academy, lower school building (Building #1) or upper school building (Building #2). These enrollment packets can be submitted electronically at www.classicalprep.org/enrollment by submitting a scan or photo of each document.

If you are unable to scan the documents back to us electronically, they can be  dropped off on our campus. There is a lock box located outside of the front office at our Early Academy, lower school building, and upper school building that you may place documents securely in (it does not matter which location you drop off the paperwork to). The contents of the lock box will be collected each business day (Monday through Friday). Please do not leave your child’s original birth certificate or social security card in the lock box. You may provide Classical Prep with a copy. Also, a copy of the parent/guardian’s driver’s license will be acceptable as well. Staff members will not be available on campus at any time. Please send all enrollment questions to notero@classicalprep.org. If you choose to drop off the documents to our campus, please be aware that you will be contacted to complete additional paperwork at a later date.

These considerations will be extended to all families that are offered a seat through June 30, 2020. If your family is experiencing circumstances preventing the submission of the enrollment packet(s) by the due date (five business days from the date the seat was offered), please contact notero@classicalprep.org. All inquiries will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
